  • Mango Papad 500 grams ripe mango pulp 150 grams of sugar, if you want, you can reduce or increase sugar according to taste. 1/2 tsp vinegar

Directions

  • Peel the mango and take out its pulp / pulp Now add sugar and beat it well with the mixer and filter it Now put mango pulp in a thick bottom pan or pan and cook on low flame while stirring with a spoon. Now add vinegar to it and cook till it becomes transparent. Now grease the plate and spread the mango solution, now keep it in the sun, for about 2-3 days in the hot sun, these mango papads get dried and ready. Now separate it from the plate and cut it into desired shape
